We're within easy reach of John Ruskin's beautiful historic home Brantwood alongside Coniston Water and just a stone's throw from Beatrix Potter Country around Hawkshead.

Guests are most welcome to bring along their own boats for sailing on Coniston Water. We have mooring facilities for boats up to a maximum size of 26ft. Dogs are very welcome too and we're sure they'll enjoy their holiday accommodation in a spacious, modern, air conditioned kennel with hot and cold water. All they need are their own toys and bedding to make their stay as comfortable as possible and they'll be delighted with all the walks nearby.
