The cottage is in the heart of Penrith and therefore very close to local amenities and attractions. There are a great range of pubs, cafes and restaurants for guests looking to eat out, while those who enjoy a bit of retail therapy will enjoy the mix of chain and unique independent shops throughout the town. For outdoor enthusiasts, Penrith is an excellent base to explore the joys of the Lake District with many walks, cycling routes and outdoor activity centres to discover to suit the most sedate or daring of traveller. Whatever it is that would make your perfect holiday there's something nearby and we're sure you'll want to come back again and again.

The barn is split over two levels. The ground floor has a spacious lounge with leather sofas, oak staircase and a TV with DVD player and CD player. There is a shower room and utility room. Upstairs is the kitchen with slate dining table and large oven with five ring hob. There is garage access with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and three bedrooms including two doubles (one en-suite) and a twin. The main bathroom has a shower over bath.
