Directions

Leave the M6 motorway at junction 36 and follow the A591 heading towards Kendal. After a couple of miles turn left onto the A590 heading towards Barrow, following this road for about 6 miles. Turn right from the A590 at the sign for Levens and Brigsteer. Go through the village of Levens and follow the sign for Brigsteer. Follow this road through the forest for 2 miles and as you enter Brigsteer Plumtree House is the first house on the right.
