OLD CODGERS COTTAGE -- has all of the modern comforts without spoiling its traditional appeal. This is one of the traditional cottages built around 1850 and is ideally located in the heart of Windermere in the Lake District national park just a few metres from shops, bars and restaurants, and only a few minute’s walk from the Windermere train station. Old Codgers Cottage is one of the more appealing traditional stone Lake District cottages. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 persons in 2 double bedrooms and is built over 2 floors with a small cottage garden and seating area.

GRANARY NOOK - is built from traditional Lakeland Stone and situated in the heart of Windermere Village tucked away in a private driveway from the main thoroughfare literally a few metres from the shops and restaurants . It has an enclosed private garden with plenty of seating. The cottage is available for up to 4 persons and is built over 3 floors . It has 2 double bedrooms and a third optional single bedroom. It is decorated and furnished to a modern comfortable theme whilst still retaining many original characteristics.
Rooms Description
Old Codgers cottage has two double bedrooms and Granary Nook has also 2 double bedrooms with an optional extra 3rd single bedroom upon request. Bed linen is provided and a travel cot and highchair is available for those vistors with younger children.

Both cottages offer pet friendly accommodation and are located in prime positions within Windermere. On road parking with permit supplied for one car

Turn off the m6 Motorway at Junction 36 onto the A590 (A591) to Kendal & Windermere.
