Parma Violet Accommodation, (it used to be a sweet shop!) is a period self catering property on 2 floors, centrally located in the Georgian market town of Kirkby Lonsdale, in the Lake District. We sleep 4 (+ sofa bed if required) and offer discounted weekend/mid week stays in addition to full weeks. Expect the highest level of both quality and cleanliness, but more importantly we would like you to enjoy the special touches we have lovingly provided eg. the hand painted mousehole on the stairs (no residents!), cosy woodburner and complimentary welcome goodies with wine for all guests.

The town itself is rather special too and provides the best of both worlds, whether you are a family, couple, walker or shopper! The 17th century independantly owned shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs etc... (some of which are award winning) are worth the visit alone, not to mention the magnificent setting.
