Clover Cottage is a two bed, two bath semi-detached stone cottage. Designed by local award winning architects Boasting panoramic views through the large picture windows across the Lune Valley & towards Ingleborough...one of the `Three Peaks`. Set in landscaped grounds with pond and a stream. Situated just 1/2 mile from the pretty market town of Kirkby Lonsdale with its doomsday `Devils Bridge` and famous`Ruskins View`. These cottages have all that you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The fully fitted luxury kitchen includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Shops and a supermarket are just a half mile away should you need supplies. However, if you feel the need to be catered for, there is a restaurant and pub just 100 yards away with other great restaurants nearby in and around Kirkby Lonsdale. The large and comfortable living area is complete with a large flatscreen TV and DVD, freeview tuner.
Rooms Description
High View sleeps six people in three bedrooms each equipped with its own colour TV. Wake up in the mezzanine bedroom to views across the valley. The large suite style bedroom has views towards Ingleborough from the juliet balcony and the 3rd bed has french doors onto the large south facing balcony. There are two bathrooms, a gallery landing and spacious living area which includes a picture window that extends over two floors & a 10ft x 6ft bay window leading onto the balcony with teak outside furniture. Clover Cottage sleeps 4 and instead of a balcony has an outside patio area overlooking landscaped gardens, the pond and extended views.
Specialities
Guests of both cottages have access to the Country Club LEISURE CENTRE free of charge & is located next door to the property. Facilities at the club include gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and 18m swimming pool. Also includes activities such as aquagym and aerobics. There is a Beauty Salon at extra cost. Towel hire available. For the safety and comfort of all of our guests the accomodation is strictly NO SMOKING Sorry NO PETS.
