Your centrally heated accommodation comprises; Entrance hall, stair-case to first floor. Cosy lounge with comfy sofa, fantastic wood-burning stove and views towards Loughrigg Fell. T.V and DVD player, selection of DVD's, books etc. Radio/CD player. Spacious dining room with window seat, and original stripped wood floor. Neat & fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine and full utensils. Separate W.C. and wash basin.

Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms, one double bedroom with views to Loughrigg Fell and one twin room with views to Wansfell, both have original cottage beams and doors with contemporary furnishing. Shower Room: with shower enclosure and hand-basin.
