A collection of four self catering holiday apartments located on an organic farm close to Bowness-on-Windermere in the English Lake District. Some of the buildings within the farm complex date back to 1691 and footpaths lead directly from the door into pleasant grazing land and connect with a wide network of paths. Windermere itself has a wide range of attractions including the World of Beatrix Potter, The Steamboat Museum and The Old Laundry Theatre. Should you wish to explore further then this is an excellent base for touring the southern Lake District and town such as Kendal and Keswick.

Helm Farm Self Catering Apartments Website

There are four self catering apartments on offer at Helm Farm. Three star rated Helm Lune is the largest of the group and sleeps five people in one double bedroom and a second bedroom with three single beds. The apartment is well equipped with CD and radio, TV and DVD, dishwasher, microwave and open fire. Helm Lune is popular with families but also suits parties of adults. Helm Eden is also three star rated and sleeps four in one double bedroom and a bunk room. The living room is complete with open fire, TV and DVD and there is a well equipped kitchen.

Rooms Description

Helm Kent is again three star rated and sleeps two adults plus two children in bunks. The comfortable sitting room has an open wood fire and there is a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and there is additional heating from night storage heaters for the cooler months. Helm Mint is a ground floor studio apartment and sleeps two in a double bed. The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave and there is a TV, DVD and CD for your entertainment.
