Reagill is easily accessible from the M6 and just a stone's throw from The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Scottish Borders. The nearest town is the market town of Appleby, famous for its horse fair, and the larger town of Penrith is just a 20 minute drive away.

Rooms Description

Luxuriously furnished and sympathetically decorated throughout, Yew Tree offers an unforgettable experience. The living area is large enough to accommodate up to fifteen guests, is comfortably furnished and equipped with modern entertainment equipment such as television with Digibox, DVD, stereo and video player. The numerous bedrooms are lavishly furnished, with some providing en-suite facilities and one with a fully working fireplace. Those lucky enough to have the Master Bedroom can pamper themselves with the sunken bath, twin sinks, bidet and separate digitally controlled shower. A nursery with travel cost adjoins the Master Bedroom. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a spare fridge and freezer. A choice of breathtaking views of the local landscape can be enjoyed by occupants.

This is a truly unique self-catering experience offering exceptional quality in luxury accommodation. Guests can benefit from underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Dogs are welcome but must be restricted to the ground floor. Yew Tree Farm is happy for people to smoke downstairs only.
