Kirkby Lonsdale hosts many fairs, including a Victorian Fair in the first week of September every year and a Christmas Fair. One of the most interesting sights in the area includes the medieval Devil's Bridge which spans the river in three ribbed arches, and is a scheduled ancient monument. Turner painted landscapes of the area - including the best known 'Ruskin's View. Ruskin was pretty impressed with the area, as are the numerous bikers that congregate at the bridge if the weather is anything other than appalling. And after a full day exploring the area enjoy a meal at our Restaurant. For those who love their food, The Orange Tree Hotel restaurant is one of the best eating places in Kirkby Lonsdale, particularly for those who enjoy eating a good steak.

On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is comfy leather sofa, a TV and stereo system for your entertainment. On the first floor you will find a living room with futon sofa which can convert into a double bed. There is a TV and modern electric fire. The bathroom with bath and shower, WC and wash hand basin is found on the first floor. On the second floor there is a double bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, TV and modern electric fire.
