The Pooley Bridge Inn is a charming family run Inn with a spacious and traditional bar with its open fires, original timber ceiling and it's fine selection of real ales, wines and spirits. This popular bar provides the perfect environment in which to relax after a day's sightseeing, walking or watersports. Guests can enjoy a drink and something from the all day menu of mainly home-cooked food. Traditionally local fare is a house speciality with the likes of Fresh Local Trout and prize-winning Cumbrian Sausage gracing the menu.

The Stable Courtyard at the Pooley Bridge Inn has been converted to a beautiful Al Fresco restaurant, and is available for many different functions. This historic late 19th century Inn has 11 tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished rooms, offering a versatile range of accommodation including doubles, twins and family rooms. Each room is en-suite with either shower or bath and boasts central heating, a colour television with satellite channels, tea and coffee making facilities and a private telephone. Our first floor bedrooms all have the advantage of generous balconies. From these balconies, visitors can enjoy their full English breakfast or their evening meal in the warmer weather - and at no extra charge.
