A three star traditional lakeland stone guest house set in the heart of Ambleside in the beautiful Lake District. Holme Lea Guest House is conveniently set close to all the shops, amenities, pubs and restaurants yet is away from the main through road. Waterhead and the shores of Lake Windermere are a short stroll away and other attractions such as Bridge House, Galava Gate Roman Ruins and Stock Ghyll Waterfalls are all also within walking distance.

Holme Lea Guest House is set over three floors and the large hall and staircase displays wonderful character. Our wonderful guest rooms are spacious and comfortable and enjoy views of Loughrigg abd Fairfield. Following a restful night's sleep in your comfortable bed, head downstairs for a delicious breakfast in the welcoming dining room. A selection of cereals, yoghurts and fruit juice is provided before a full English breakfast or vegetarian alternative is served, freshly cooked to order.

Holme Lea Guest House has a selection of double, twin, family and single en-suite guest rooms. All of these have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV and hair dryer and offer a high degree of comfort. Children are welcome and a high chair is available for our younger guests.
