The hotel is ideally placed for touring the magnificent Lakeland countryside and visitor attractions. We are open throughout the year and offer special breaks for stays of 3 or more nights. We are renowned for giving excellent value for money with many of our guests returning frequently.

The Queen's Hotel is a freehouse serving real ales, specialising in local breweries, fine foods and a good selection of malt whiskies. In colder months enjoy your drink by our roaring log fire. In our main lounge bar and non-smoking restaurant we serve an excellent range of freshly cooked bar meals to suit all tastes from 12 noon until 9.30pm including a varied range of vegetarian meals. We also have a Pizzeria Cellar Bar, serving pizzas and ribs daily, with a pool table and satellite TV.
