Raise View House is a superb guest house situated in Grasmere in the Heart of the English Lake District. Non smoking throughout, we are a traditional Lakeland Stone House with magnificent views of the surrounding fells. The house dates from the 1900s and was once a village shop. Offering an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness, we are just five minutes walk from the centre of the village and perfectly situated to explore the whole region. Some of the area's most breathtaking scenery and exciting attractions are right on the doorstep. Guests can expect attention to detail, fine cuisine, quality of service and stunning interior design. Inside luxury touches abound, with stylish interior design and fresh flowers. Facilities include a delightful guests lounge, an honesty bar and a real fire on cold days. Outside guests are welcome to relax in our idyllic garden, with beautiful backdrop views of the Easedale Fells. Traditional Cumbrian breakfasts are served, with vegetarian alternative offered. Three course evening meals can also be ordered, inclusive of coffee and chocolates. We're perfect for fell walkers, and packed lunches can be provided on request.
