Ben Fold is a detached cottage in a quiet location almost a mile from Hawkshead overlooking the Esthwaite Valley. The cottage is 400 years old and is grade II listed, offering all that you would want in a cosy country cottage. There is a charming south facing garden providing the perfect place for relaxing and soaking up the tranquil surroundings. There is a footpath leading from the garden, providing an easy walk into lakeland village of Hawkshead.

The cottage retains many original features, including a low beamed ceiling that our taller guests must be aware of! The well equipped kitchen contains fridge freezer, microwave and washer for your convenience whilst in the lounge you will find comfortable seating, open fire and TV. Outside you will find a heated drying room for that wet outdoor gear.
