The Kings Arms Hotel offers both B&B and self-catering accommodation, located in a beautiful area of the Lake District in the Esthwaite Valley. This 500 year old inn is full of charm and character, with many period features such as oak beams and old open fires. No need to worry about parking as the hotel has parking permits for guests in the local pay and display car park. Relax and soak in the ambiance of this special Inn which serves super real ales and fine foods. There is also a beer garden and we are listed in the Good Beer Guide.

Our small, friendly bar is a real meeting place for visitors and locals alike. As well as fine local and guest real ales we also have a superb selection of malt whiskies and an interesting and varied menu which can be enjoyed either in the informal setting of the bar or beer garden, or in our non-smoking restaurant if preferred.
