Bailey Mill is a small, friendly farm holiday complex, situated in the beautiful Borders Country offering freedom to tour, relax in our sauna and jacuzzi. Surround by miles of forest we are in an ideal location for walking, riding or cycling. On the Reiders Cycle Route
The holiday complex offers a courtyard of self catering apartments or bed and breakfast. The Mill is the renovated old grain mill which sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Other Accommodation includes the Store apartment which has the original arched doorway inscribed with the date 1767 and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The folly sleeps nine and is ideal for two families holidaying together. The Garanary has a king sized bed and is situated on the first floor with lovely views over the lawns to the river beyond. The Loft is timber clad and has an interesting family room in the gallery.
Rooms Description
All our apartments have a colour T.V, Sky and Video link, fridge, microwave and conventional electric cookers. Central heating and electric fires are included in the prices, as is the bed linen, however, please bring your own towels. The apartments have the capacity to accommodate a range of 4 to 9 people. After an energetic day out you can relax with a jacuzzi or a sauna
Specialities
Horses, stabling and trekking are available on site; full day stable management is available including light lunch and a minimum of 1 hour's riding for £30 per day. Children will be entertained for hours in the play area, games room and the millstream. They can spend their day with the ponies, pet lambs and dogs. You can enjoy a drink in our fully licensed bar and a delicious meal or bar snack or there are several pubs in the area to choose from

Directions
To find us leave the M6 at Junction 44 and take the A7 to Longtown, where you turn right at The Bush Hotel. After 6.5 miles turn right at The Bridge Inn on to the B6318, follow this road for 5.5 miles, until 2nd crossroads (by phone box) turn left, then after 1.5 miles, second right into Bailey Mill. From the North - A74 to Junction 44 at Carlisle the A7 to Longtown, etc. From Newcastle come to Brampton then Longtown. Bailey Mill is 19 miles from Junction 44.
