Under Millwood self catering is adjacent to Millwood Lodge bed and breakfast and is located between Barrow-in-Furness and Dalton-in-Furness, within easy walking distance to Furness Abbey, Furness General Hospital and Dalton and its pubs,shops and restaurants, we are only 12 miles from the Lake District National Park. There are two golf courses and the beach is only 1.5 miles away (Roanhead), easy access for the Wild Life Park.

There are many places of interest to visit. Why not take a trip to Furness Abbey, Gleaston Water Mill, the Dock Museum, and the Laurel and Hardy Museum. For the children there is the South Lakes Wild Animal Park, Aquarium of the Lakes and the cinema at Hollywood Park. The cottage is located in the town of Barrow-in-Furness with many tourist attractions to enjoy. Outside there is a patio area with BBQ available and seating, the cottage has central heating and views over gardens and woodland, there are footpaths from Millwood to Furness Abbey and beyond and to the Brown Cow Pub and restaurant in Dalton-in-Furness about 1 mile.

The cottage consists of a upstairs lounge with Sofa's,TV, CD and electric fire, one double en-suite bedroom, on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and a kitchen diner which is fully equipped with washer drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.
