Fleatham House B&B is beautifully situated in private woodland looking out to St Bees cliffs on the West Cumbrian coast. Guests can expect high quality hotel and bed and breakfast accommodation on the edge of the Lake District. We have been awarded a four diamonds and a silver award rating from the English Tourism Council in recognition of our quality and high standards. We can also cater for wedding receptions and corporate hospitality. Complimentary cream teas are served in the lounge on your arrival.

The large dining room / breakfast room overlooks the patio to the front of the house. For breakfast we offer a hearty Cumbrian cooked breakfast, which includes famous Waberthwaite Cumberland sausage. A choice of lighter breakfast alternatives and vegetarian sausage and bacon are also offered. We are a fully licenced establishment, and guests may use the lounge to enjoy a drink from the bar. Fleatham House is set in several acres of gardens, in which you are free to roam. During the Spring and Summer months the gardens come alive with colour both from the trees and borders.
