The Victorian stone staircase in 'New Inn HouseSeven self contained holiday apartments converted from a traditional stone built warehouse and situated in the heart of Kendal Conservation area within a tranquil 'yard'. Close enough to walk to a variety of shops, restaurants and visitor attractions (the Brewery Arts Centre and Abbot Hall Art Gallery are just around the corner) yet far away enough to escape the noise of a busy town centre. All apartments are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and stress free holiday.
There are a number of places worth visiting that are only a few minutes walk from the apartments. Visit Kendal Castle, the Brewery Arts Centre and Cinema, Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Museum of Lakeland Life, Westmorland Shopping Centre, Kendal Museum, Lakeland Climbing Centre and K Village Outlet Centre. There are also fine restaurants and pubs if you fancy an evening out. If you are keen to travel a little further, Windermere is only 9 miles away where you can marvel at the Lake District's outstanding natural beauty and visit local arts and crafts shops.
There are seven apartments to choose from. 'New Inn Works' is situated on the ground floor and can sleep up to six people. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds. There is a large tastefully decorated gallery with seating area which can also sleep another two people. There are two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan lounge. 'Weavers' is also on the ground floor and can also sleep up to six people. There is a double bedroom with en-suite facilities with bath and shower, a second bedroom with twin beds, a shower room, there is also a gallery with double bed. Additionally there is a pleasant living area and fully equipped kitchen. 'Castle View' is situated over the first and second floors and can sleep up to eight people. There are three bedrooms in total, a double, twin beds and a family room with one double bed and two single beds. There is a living and dining area, one bathroom, one shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Warehouse No. 4 is located on the ground floor and is suitable for two people with facilities to increase to four people on occasion. There is an open plan dining room and kitchen, a living room, one bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Warehouse No.5 is located on the first floor and can sleep two people. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room and one bedroom with a double bed. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. 'The Old School House' is located on the first floor and can sleep four people. There is one double bedroom and one twin room. There are two shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and living area. All flats are a colour television, radio and DVD player and parking space for one car. All flats benefit from central heating.'The Loft', is located on the third floor and can sleep two people. There is one double bedroom, a shower room and open-plan kitchen-diner/lving area (there are some height restriction areas)
