Magic Hills guesthouse is a charming character Victorian B&B, with a friendly atmosphere. This historic B&B was built in the 1890s and is conveniently located just 15 minutes walk from Kendal town centre. Guests then have easy access to all that bustling market town Kendal has to offer including many specialist shops, lots of country pubs and superb restaurants and an assortment of museums and art galleries. We're also the perfect south Lake District base for walkers and cyclists, with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales as well. The guesthouse consists of two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is also 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom. All of our rooms are non-smoking for the comfort of our guests.

Magic Hills is tourist office approved and is open all year round. Amenities and facilities include full central heating, a hearty Full English breakfast, coffee & tea-making facilities in all rooms, pleasant Fell views. Walkers will love our drying room. Colour TVs are also in all rooms, and there is a comfortable conservatory where guests can relax and unwind.
