We are ideally situated with the town centre, coach and rail stations all within a 20-minute walk. The coast is just one mile away, where you will find the charming port of Charlestown, a selection of local beaches and coves, plus superb golf courses St Austell is very central for touring, with the coastal towns of Mevagissey, Fowey, Looe, Polperro and Newquay all within a short drive.

The area also provides many scenic walks. cycle tracks and the Cornish Way Cycle Trail is close-by. Lots of renown gardens including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the world famous Eden Project are just 10/15 minutes drive away, and there are several National Trust properties and gardens including Lanhydrock and Trelissick within close proximity
