It is ideally situated in a quiet residential street only a few hundred yards from Keswick town centre with it's many superb pubs and inns, tea rooms, historic cinema, specialist shops and renowned theatres. Walk in the dramatic Northern Fells which include such peaks as Skiddaw and Blencathra. For the comfort and safety of all our guests we have a Non-Smoking policy throughout the guest house and to protect guests with allergies, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets.

Guests will love our hearty breakfast menu, which ranges from traditional home cooked breakfast, using local produce such as Cumberland sausage and free range eggs, or a lighter style breakfast. We also cater for vegetarians or other special dietary requirements. We're perfect for walkers and will provide packed lunches at a reasonable rate and fill your flask with tea or coffee free of charge, just drop it off at breakfast. We hold a wealth of information for visitors to the area that you are welcome to use and will advise you on the best of local entertainment and attractions. Our six good sized rooms are all decorated to a high standard, and include three main double en-suite rooms (one being a four poster bed) and a double/twin en-suite room. An en suite single room, a standard single room and a standard twin/Double room are also available. All rooms have a colour television, biscuits and tea and coffee making facilities and a radio/alarm clock. Guests can expect luxury touches such as cotton wool, cotton buds and Bath robes in Standard rooms. Drying facilities are available for those odd wet days.
