Watendlath Guest House is a charming, cosy family run 4 diamond guest house in central Keswick. Guests can expect a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, with a convenient, quiet location only minutes walk from Keswick town centre. Derwentwater, Fitz Park and many beautiful walks are all available nearby. Renowned for our superb traditional English breakfast, we also offer a vegetarian option and special diets can be catered for on request. A choice of cereal, fruit and yoghurt are available to accompany the full breakfast with toast and homemade marmalade to follow.

The bed and breakfast is non smoking throughout, and perfect for walkers and cyclists. We offer secure storage for cycles (garage available for tools and repairs) and ample off road parking for motorcycles and a small trailer. We are happy to fill Thermos flasks and facilities are available for the drying of wet clothes and boots. Guests are most welcome to borrow books and maps. Reduced rates are also available for children sharing a room with their parents.

Rooms Description

Our bedrooms are comfortably furnished all with en suite shower rooms and central heating. All rooms have a colour T.V., radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. For extra comfort all double beds have king size quilts and single beds have double quilts. Room choice includes two family rooms.

Specialities

Our extra large room (double and two single beds) has space for an extra bed or cot. This room can accommodate a family or three friends requiring separate beds. The other has a double and single bed, which can also be used as a twin. Both family rooms have a T.V. with DVD facilities, and a cot and highchair are also available. Complimentary beverages and toiletries are provided.
