Rowland End House offers two self catering holiday cottages in the Newlands Valley with stunning views of Catbells and Maiden Moor. The cottages are superbly set in private gardens in the Newlands Valley, home to the red squirrels and ten minutes walk from the shores of Derwentwater. This is a truly beautiful part of the Lake District and there is much to see and do in the local area including walking, cycling and sailing - to name but a few. The market town of Keswick lies a fifteen minute drive away and has an array of unique shops, restaurants and friendly and welcoming pubs.

Rowling End House sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms whilst the Mouse House has one bedroom and sleeps one to two people. The cottages can be booked separately or together providing self catering holiday accommodation for up to ten people in total. Rowling End House comprises of two lounges with open fires, DVD and TV; a kitchen/dining room with oil fuelled Aga, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave; a drying/utility room for outdoor gear, also with washer and dryer; four bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms; a family size bathroom and a storage shed for bikes.
