The town of Keswick is itself sandwiched between beautiful Derwentwater and the imposing peak of Skiddaw, one of the highest Cumbrian Mountains. Our aim is to provide quality bed and breakfast accommodation for non-smokers in the heart of the magnificent English Lake District.

Before heading out to explore the town, lake or surrounding fells start the day with a hearty cumbrian breakfast in our attractive dining room. From here you can relax over your breakfast whilst taking in the views of the Skiddaw Fells. Breakfast is served between 8 a.m and 9 a.m and vegetarian options are available.
