Fell views are experienced from most rooms. We have nine bedrooms, all en-suite, ranging from a Four Poster Suite with spa bath on the first floor (Derwentwater), 2 king sized sleigh bedded rooms with spa baths on the top floor (Walla Crag and Lords Seat), 2 king sized or twin bedded rooms with bath and shower (Buttermere) on the first floor and shower (Friars Crag) on the second floor and 3 standard doubles all with showers on floors 1 (Hawes End) and 2 (Catbells and Latrigg) . We also have a ground floor king sized or twin bedded with shower (Skiddaw) for those who find stairs a problem.

Specialities

We have purchased car parking permits from the council which allow 1 permit per room where you can park free of charge in Otley Road Car Park which is approximately 30 seconds walk from the property. Please be advised that the car park becomes very busy during the daytime at weekends and main season and a space may be difficult to find at busy times but generally after 4pm a space can be found. There is plenty of unrestricted street parking within close proximity of the property.
