Lincoln House is a cosy, beautiful slate-built Guest House, set in the culture rich Cumbrian market town of Keswick in the heart of the North Lake District. The B&B was built in the late 1800s and is a Victorian town house with real character and in an elevated position with superb views. All rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, and the house is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac which is only two minutes walk into the centre of Keswick. Guests then have easy access to all Keswick's many attractions including superb theatres, the historic Alhambra Theatre and the many specialist shops, cafes and pubs. Guests need not worry about parking in Keswick, as Lincoln House has ample parking available.

Every bedroom has superb views either towards Skiddaw to the North, and south towards Borrowdale and Newlands. This Victorian B&B combines period charm with all modern amenities, and has full central heating throughout, with all rooms having a colour television and coffee/tea making facilities.

Lincoln House B&B offers guests seven comfortable bedrooms to choose from, available on a bed and breakfast basis. The guesthouse can accommodate a maximum of 14 people comprises two en-suite double rooms with shower and WC, one family room with one double bed, two single beds en-suite with shower & WC can also be used as a Triple or a Superior Double Room, one en-suite twin room with shower and WC, one double room with a magnificent view of Latrigg & Skiddaw with private bathroom situated next door to the bedroom, and two standard single rooms with share a shower room and all rooms have spectacular views of the Lake District fells from the bedroom windows, including Skiddaw and Latrigg to the North.
