Situated in a quiet yet accessible corner of the Lake District National Park, the farmhouse, which dates back to the 1700s with a later Victorian addition has been tastefully modernised and is fully centrally heated. Guests are welcome to relax in the comfortable sitting room with its TV and woodburning stove - a cosy place on the coldest of days.

Within four miles there is an excellent choice of pub/restaurants, each with an atmosphere and character of its own, and all serving bar snacks and full meals. The nearest is less than a mile away - a delightful 10 minute walk on a fine evening! Our traditional hearty English Breakfast, served in the oak beamed dining room, will set you up for the day.
