"Limnerslease" is a charming Bed & Breakfast situated in the historic picturesque market town of Appleby-in-Westmorland. Appleby is in easy reach of both the Lake District and the Pennine Way and is serviced by the Settle to Carlisle railway line. Prices from £25-£28 per person. a Breakfast menue includes a full English Breakfast, a favorite of all our guests, freshly cooked to order useing only local produce, Home made bread & preserves when available. Sites of interest includes the River Eden, St Lawrances Church as well as a number of cafes and Galleries. Appleby is situtated on route of many long distant walks, such as the world famous Pennine Way, Lady Anne Cliffords Way, Westmorland Way and Carlisle to Settle Walk.

Directions

From M6: leave at juction 38 take first left at roundabout follow sing post for Appleby traveling approx 12 miles pass through town centre, turn right after going over the bridge. Limnerslease, 1st on the left half way up hill. North: traveling from Penrith,13miles leave A66 into Appleby keep on same road again Limnerslease 1st on the left as you leave the river on your right keep going as if you are leaving Appleby. South: Scotch Corner A66: Leave the bypass & enter Appleby, Limnerslease is the 1st Guest House down the second hill on your right (passed the Royal Oak Pub)
