Tranna Hill is a highly regarded, established 4 star bed & breakfast which has been welcoming holiday-makers to the area for 20 years and offers a relaxing stay in superb surroundings. It's pretty gardens with fantastic views provide the perfect place to relax. The home cooked breakfast is made from locally sourced produce and evening meals area available. For those going off on a days walking and exploring, packed lunches can be provided. There is a comfortable sitting room with log burning stove where you can toast yourself and plan the following day's activities. For those exploring the area by car, ample parking is available and there is a lock up store for cycles.

Directions
Exit the M6 at junction 38 (Tebay). About five miles along the A685 is the village of Newbiggin-on-Lune where Tranna Hill is signposted up a road to the left. Turn left after the traffic island in the centre of the road and then immediately left again. Tranna Hill is on your right. Parking is available at the front of the house or continue on the road past Tranna Hill and take the first turn to the right and this will bring you to the back of house where private parking awaits you.
