Stonefold Cottages and Caravan Park and Caravan site are ideally placed in the Northern Lake District in a quiet country spot near Penrith. Available to guests are three beautiful character self-catering cottages, all converted from an 18th Century stone hay barn, and each offering superb accommodation for 2 or 3 people. Also available is a well equipped caravan park. All are set in a beautiful panoramic position bordering the Lake District, the Eden Valley and the majestic Pennines. Guests are made very welcome and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. For the comfort of all our guests the cottages are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We are members of the Cumbria Tourist Board and Eden Country Holidays, and the accommodation is inspected annually by the English Tourism Council.

All the delights of this part of the Northern Lake District are conveniently accessible. Nearby are the market towns of Penrith and Keswick, as well as Derwent Water, Ullswater and Bassenthwaite. Outdoor pursuits are plentiful, including great walking and cycling and outdoor activity centers are nearby. Why not try either quad biking or horseback.
