Standing in the dramatic Borrowdale Valley surrounded by picturesque scenery, beautiful hills and the majestic beauty of Derwentwater, Greenbank Country House is our B&B near Keswick. We offer comfortable and homely Lake District accommodation complete with all you need to relax. Nearby attractions include the Puzzling Place, the Pencil Museum and Trotters World of Animals, though many guests prefer to enjoy walks through the local countryside to landmarks including the Castlerigg Stone Circle.
We have a total of nine comfortable guest rooms, and two cosy lounge areas including log fires. We have an on-site honesty bar, and all guest rooms come complete with hot beverage supplies, clock radios and hairdryers. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and our superior rooms also contain a TV. Some rooms including seating, and all have lovely views. In our dining room, enjoy our full grilled breakfast, toast and preserves, hot drinks, fresh juices, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, kippers, porridge or croissants to set you up for the day ahead. Vegetarian options are available.
