Beech House is a family run guest house offering a warm and friendly welcome in the small village of Glenidding in the beautiful Eden Valley. The accommodation is situated halfway along the old coaching route between Windermere and Penrith and the village otself grew around a lead mine that began in the late 17th century. Some of the rooms within the property have wonderful views of Ullswater and the surrounding fells.
Beech House is the perfect base for touring the magnificent Lake District and the towns of Penrith, Keswick and Kendal with their varied shops are within easy reach.
