We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in a traditional Victorian English Farmhouse. Guests can expect an informal and welcoming atmosphere. The B&B is ideally located for all Lakeland activities including walking, cycling and horse riding. The Duddon Valley is bordered by Langdale, Eskdale and nearby Coniston, so you're guaranteed excellent walking opportunities, whether you're experienced or a beginner. Looking for Horse Holidays, look no further as you can bring your own horse to Troutal Farm by prior arrangement.
Troutal Farm has two double ensuite bedrooms for guests. One has a four-poster bed, perfect for romantic Lake District getaways. Both rooms have electric shaver points, tv, and ample tea and coffee making facilities. There are stunning views from rooms across the valley. The twin bedded room has a separate bathroom. Included in the B&B price is a hearty Lake District full English breakfast, and we cater for vegetarians. We can also provide packed lunches if you're heading off into the fells to explore. Guests can expect excellent food in our local pub. We also offer an array of special outdoor activity courses for people interested in drystone walling and sheep dog training.
