Charming Li'le Hullets Bed and Breakfast guesthouse is a 400 year old former Westmorland farmhouse of real historic interest. We're situated in the quiet rural village of Staveley, in the heart of the Lake District National Park, conveniently placed between the old market town of Kendal, and Windermere. We're perfect for exploring all attractions in the Central and Southern Lake District, and beyond. The property has recently been completely restored and refurbished, offering a very high standard of accommodation throughout. Many exquisite original features have been retained including a traditional oak beamed lounge, the original oak staircases, an oak court cupboard which dates from 1683, a unique spice cupboard, and a recently discovered bread oven in the lounge. Li'Le Hullets offers discounts and deals for guests such as 10% off if you stay a week. We also welcome well behaved pets only.

All our rooms are beautifully decorated, and are fully equipped with numerous facilities including a colour TV, clock radio, hair dryer, hot drink making facilites, and many other small extras. We have 3 bed and breakfast rooms available, 2 of which are fully en-suite. Room two contains a double bed room, en-suite shower, washbasin, and WC. Room 3 contains a twin bed room, ensuite shower, washbasin, and WC. Why not try our beautifully appointed Attic room. This room contains an additional double bed room, created amid the beams in the attic. It is reached by an unusual wooden staircase. The Attic Rooms also contain a twin bed room. This room is not ensuite, but has exclusive use of the bathroom on the 1st floor. All our guests have use of the TV Lounge/Breakfast room, and Li'le Hullets is fully central heated throughout for the comfort of our guests.
