A lovely place to stay for a couple or upto 4.Langdale View self catering apartments is a large semi-detached Lakeland house situated close to the Lake District village of Bowness. There are 4 apartments personally managed by the owners to ensure high standards and all are non-smoking. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens and gas central heating. Beds and furnishings have been recently upgraded with good quality items. There are TVs with a selection of videos available and family games for wet afternoons. The furnishings are very comfortable with many loving touches for a welcoming start to your holiday. The apartments look over the village, with some views of Lake Windermere and the fells beyond. A two minute walk takes you to the village and thence the lake shore, from where you can board a steamer or ferry. We have a private car park with pedestrian access to the main street. Many pubs, restaurants and shops are within walking distance so you can leave your car behind. For guests without a car we are very near a bus stop for trips into other parts of the lake district and only 1 mile from Windermere train station.

Apartment No 2: First Floor, sleeps 2, Large open plan studio overlooking front with view towards Claife Heights and Langdales. This has kitchen units in light oak; double wall bed unit; bathroom Apartment No 3: First Floor, sleeps 2-3 Open plan lounge/kitchen with two windows, overlooking side and rear; the kitchen area having white units; large separate bedroom with double and single beds; bathroom. Apartment No 4: Second Floor, sleeps 2-4 Open plan lounge/kitchen with two windows with views over the village to the Lakeland Fells. In the lounge area there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen units are limed oak; separate bedroom with double bed; bathroom.
