All guests receive complimentary membership to the Parkland Country Club which is a short walk away. Windermere Marina Village offers the lake's most modern moorings within its exclusive, sheltered location. There is plenty of space for all types of boats, from Sports Boats and Sailing Yachts through to 45ft Motor Cruisers.

Rooms Description

Our traditional Lakeland Cottages enclose the eastern edge of the Marina and have been constructed using traditional materials of timber, slate and local stone. The comfortable interiors are fitted out to an exceptionally high standard with all modern conveniences. The main living area is on the upper floor and the comfortable lounge is fitted with a television and video, CD system and a beautifully handcrafted coffee and games table. Its lofted timber ceiling creates a light and open space, with panoramic views of the Lakeland Hills and The Marina through the balcony doors. Beyond these doors you will find your own private, wooden decked balcony complete with its own furniture. The dining area has solid wood cherry or oak dining table and chairs. Adjacent to this is the fully fitted kitchen featuring a full oven, ceramic hob, waste disposal unit, a large fridge/freezer, food mixer, microwave and all the crockery and utensils you'll need, as well as a dishwasher.

Specialities

The ground floor bedrooms are elegantly furnished with the finest quality linen, towels and duvets with thoughtful extras such as hair dryers, radio alarms and heated towel rails. Each cottage is locally heated by electric storage heaters and fully insulated. Luxury touches are offered, and a grocery pack can be ordered from the Marina shop, to be in your cottage upon arrival. You will also find a convenient private parking space right outside your front door. Additional mid-week maid services are offered at reasonable rates and any necessary baby equipment can be arranged through the Marina Centre, prior to arrival.
