Four modern spacious chalet apartments, stunning riverside location, sleep upto 6, ideal walker base

Guests are offered four charming Chalets in Eskdale, all set in a stunning riverside location close to the idyllic village of Boot. Boot village has plenty of amenities including two traditional Inns, the oldest working watermill in England, a local craft shop and a Post Office. All self-contained apartments that have been awarded 4 stars by the English Tourist Board for self catering accommodation excellence. Each apartment is able to sleep upto six people. They have full double-glazing, central heating and a large living/dining area with a patio door leading onto a private south facing deck. Each Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and four ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are two generous bedrooms in each chalet, one double and one twin.

The countryside setting surrounding the Chalets will amaze. A large garden greets you outside your door, plus the chalets are located on the banks of the River Esk. Facilities are numerous, including BBQ facilities and garden furniture for guests. No need to worry about parking, ample parking is provided, and we can store bikes should you need this. We're an ideal base for walking and outdoor pursuits, and we have a laundry/drying room on-site, fully equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier as well as space to dry any wet outdoor gear! House-trained dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in one of the self-catering apartments. We welcome our guests with a welcome basket containing a number of essentials to get you started on your holiday in the Lakes.
