The King George traditional Lakeland Inn, in beautiful Eskdale offers the ultimate in atmospheric Lake District Accommodation. This delightful inn, serving real ales and a choice of superb whiskies, is a centuries old traditional Lakeland Inn standing at the heart of one of England's finest valleys. The inn sits on the crossroads joining Hard Knott and Wrynose with Ulpha and Wasdale. Much "olde worlde" character is retained, including real slate flagged floors, open fires, oak beams, low ceilings and real cask ales, plus a selection of over 200 real malt whiskies. We come highly recommended in the Good Pub Guide.
