The Archway is a small, quality Guest House situated in a quiet street in Windermere village. We are a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations, shops, restaurants and pubs.

The Archway is a non-smoking guest house. Private parking spaces are available. The Archway is an ideal base for visiting Lake Windermere, The Lake District National Park by car or public transport. We love the area and will help you to explore and enjoy the English Lake District

Rooms Description

We have four rooms '` both double and twin '` all with en-suite facilities, central heating, a comfortable chair, colour television, clock radio, hairdryer and beverage tray. There is a comfortable sitting area in the dining room which guests are welcome to use at any time. The house is entirely non-smoking and has been awarded four diamonds by the English Tourist Board. Our front rooms have distant mountain views of Coniston Old Man, Wetherlam, Crinkle Crags, Scafell Pike, Great Gable and the Langdale Pikes.
