Orrest Head House Bed and Breakfast in Windermere is a Grade II, 17th to 18th Century, listed building full of charm and character. The property is built in the traditional Lakeland style, and situated just above the village of Windermere in the heart of the English Lake District. We're easily accessible to all Windermere attractions, including boat trips on Lake Windermere, yet set in 3 secluded acres of garden, woodland and surrounded on three sides by National Trust farmland, making the guesthouse a perfect quiet retreat.

Breakfast is served in the pleasant dining room overlooking the garden which is set with mature shrubs, bushes and trees. We offer full English breakfast each morning or a lighter breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt for those less hungry or watching calories. We can also cater for vegetarians. All our attractively decorated bedrooms are en-suite and include three double and two twin-bedded rooms, which are all comfortably furnished with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and colour television.
