The guesthouse is situated in a quiet residential area of Windermere within walking distance of Bowness, with all it's country pubs, restaurants and specialist shopping. Proprietors Mark and Jane Hibbitt welcome you into their family home to share a friendly and informal atmosphere complemented by an excellent quality of service. This luxury guesthouse has recently been awarded FOUR STARS by the English Tourism Council. Car Parking is also available to guests, and the guesthouse has good disabled access. Luxury quality beds offer a wonderfully comfortable nights sleep.All our individually decorated 7 bedrooms are non smoking and tastefully decorated. All are fully equipped with private facilities, along with shaver point, colour TV, radios, tea and coffee and central heating. Fluffy white towels and toiletries are complimentary.

Choice includes mountaining, canoeing, sailing, walking or just relaxing and enjoying the dramatic scenery. For those relaxation days away from the walking or browsing the local shops, why not take a relaxing journey on one of the many trips around Lake Windermere, and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. We offer a reduction in the room rate mid-week for 3 or more nights. Please ask when booking. These prices do not apply for Bank Holidays.
