Greenriggs Guest House is situated just off the main Windermere to Bowness road, close to a bus/train route, shops, restaurants, park with children's play area and all the other amenities of Windermere village. Whatever your tastes, art galleries, museums, heritage sites, farms, boat trips, forest walks - the choice is yours. Take a car on the ferry to see the lovely villiages scattered on the west side of the lake, Beatrix Potter lived here at Sawrey where she wrote many of her books including Peter Rabbit - today her farms have been left to the National Trust for all to enjoy.

Greenriggs Guest House has seven letting bedrooms. Compising 2 single, 2 double, 1 twin, a 3 bed family room (can be used for double or twin) and 4 bed family room. Most rooms are en-suite and all are centrally heated with colour television/dvd , tea/coffee facilities, shaver points and washbasins. A full home cooked traditional English breakfast is served - Continental or Vegetarian breakfasts are also available on request.
