Wisteria Cottage in Kirkby Lonsdale has been beautifully restored and extended to offer fantastic self catering accommodation for up to 5 or 6 guests. The cottage has a cosy 'get away from it all' feel with the most wonderful garden and summer house. Located in the heart of market town Kirkby Lonsdale, amenities including specialist shops, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, real ale pubs and cafés are all on our doorstep. Book our cottage for group family activity holidays. We're within easy reach of the Lakes and Dales and idyllic walks like the Ingleton Waterfalls walk. Our pretty Kirkby Lonsdale cottage is available for 3 night weekend breaks, 4 night midweek breaks and for weekly bookings.

Accommodating up to six guests, the cottage is luxurious and stylish throughout with welcoming traditional features like a woodburning stove and cosy armchairs. The upstairs three bedrooms include three doubles, one with an en-suite shower, one with garden views and a cosy third double ideal for two children. The main family bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Downstairs living space features the hub of the house, the designer fitted kitchen with an Aga and additional electric cooker, a microwave and a fridge. A washer, dryer and freezer all feature in the utility area. Relax in the cosy lounge in front of the woodburner. Ample armchair and sofa seating is provided together with a TV and DVD.

Kirkby Lonsdale is a traditional market town located between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. It's the perfect base from which to explore this impressive part of the country. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, there is mile upon mile of pathways and routes just waiting to be explored. Take a trip to the Lake District where you can enjoy stunning scenery or to the Yorkshire Dales which boasts historic towns and castles. After a busy day exploring, relax on the patio with a glass of wine and admire the views across to St Mary's Church and the Barbon Fells. The cottage has a stunning garden with a summerhouse.

Special to this property

We aim to provide a 'home from home feel' so there are lots of kitchen utensils, an iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, glassware and logs for the stove. We live just across the road from the cottage, so if you are short of anything, help is on hand. Duvets and bed linen are also provided (please bring your own towels) Wisteria Cottage is located in the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale, so no need to use the car for shopping, dining out, visiting pubs, views, churches etc.

Short breaks prices are based on Feb/March for up to date prices please view our calendar or contact us direct. Weekly lets run from Friday to Friday. We have an earlier check in time than most self catering places - 2.30pm, allowing more time on your holiday. Prices based on 4 sharing two bedrooms. Supplements charged for use of the third bedroom = £7.50 per person per night for each additional guest.
