Idyllic Cottage Barn Conversion Near Carlisle On Small Farm/sleeps Up To 9, 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms

New Pallyards is a beautiful small farm consisting of 65 acres, and offering both Serviced and Self Catering Accommodation to guests. We are located approximately 12 miles North East of Carlisle, and are the perfect base for visiting Hadrians Wall, The Lake District, Kielder Forest, Carlisle, Gretna Green and the Scottish Borders. The accommodation comprises a converted farmhouse and self catering cottages, including beautiful Burn Cottage barn conversion which has two bedrooms.

Burn Cottage is one of our delightful self catering homes and has 2 spacious bedrooms. Other facilities include a well equipped lounge, electric fire, colour TV, modern kitchen (cooker, fridge, and microwave inclusive) and a dining area. On the First floor there is a family bedroom with shower and WC and on the Ground floor a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC (which is suitable for elderly or less able guests). Heating is included via storage heaters, and linen is provided as well as access to laundry facilities.(electricity metered) The large woodland beside the farm has a number of individual walks and local leisure amenities include Golf Courses, a Swimming Pool, Fishing, and Horse Riding, which is usually available on the Farm. Home cooked meals are available for both our Farmhouse and Self Catering guests and we also have a residential license to serve alcholic beverage on the premises. We're perfect for wedding guests, and wedding receptions and we benefit from our close proximity to Gretna Green, just a 15 minuite drive away. We provide a comprehensive reception service and our function room seats 30 guests.
