3 Deluxe Listed 4 Star Cottages Nr Cockermouth, Stone Built,sleep 4-14, Games Room/snooker, Parking

West Croft Holiday Cottages are three deluxe 4 star properties situated in the unspoilt Cumbrian village of Brigham, just outside the Lake District National Park. Perfect for visiting Wordsworth's birthplace, the cottages are just 2 miles from the market town of Cockermouth. Keswick and the popular Solway Coast and West Cumbrian coastal towns and villages are easily accessible. The cottages sit within a secluded courtyard and accommodate from 4 to 14 guests. All have been recently converted from a Grade II listed barn, and inclusive is a traditional Games Room with a full size snooker table and table football game. Each cottage has full central heating and benefits from it's own parking space and a patio area with tables and chairs in the courtyard in front of the property. Barbeques are available for use. The village has a childrens playing field with play park nearby. The cottages are let on an individual basis, but are suitable for larger groups of family and friends who wish to holiday together.

Pets are welcome, and short breaks are available. Set well back from the village road, the cottages are stone built and beautifully appointed with lots of exposed beams and original character retained. A choice of two welcome grocery packs can be ordered before arrival. The barn has at one time been used as stables for race horses and the names reflect this. THE HAYLOFT is spacious and sleeps 5 plus one cot and is situated on the first floor with all the accommodation being on one level. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen fitted out to a high standard including washerdryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area has a dining table for 5 and includes TV, DVD player, CD player and a log burning stove. To one side of the living area is a double bedroom with a king size bed. This has room for a cot if required. The other side of the living area has a family bathroom with shower over the bath and a bedroom with three single beds. THE SADDLERY sleeps 4 and has been sympathetically converted to provide open plan living accommodation on the ground floor with a log burning stove forming the focal point. The kitchen area is fitted out to a high standard and includes a dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a washerdryer in a small utility room at the entrance to the cottage. The living area has a dining table and chairs for 4, and includes a TV, DVD player and CD player. The whole area has a lovely green slate floor. The first floor has one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. THE STABLES sleeps 5 and is larger than The Saddlery. It has an open plan living accommodation on the ground floor, with the kitchen looking out over the lounge area. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washerdryer, fridge freezer and a microwave and is fitted out to a high standard. The living area has a solid oak floor and includes a dining table and chairs for 5, a TV, DVD player, CD Player and a gorgeous log burning stove in the corner. The first floor has a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three single beds, (visitors with three children will apreciate this), and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
