Our new two bed room holiday cottage. A charming cottage split on two levels, both bed rooms en-suite, one with bath and over bath shower and one with shower, excellent base from which to explore the lake district, close to Bowness & Windermere. Superior standard accomodation, with all facilities to ensure your stay is a pleasurable one, including TV, CD player and small patio area. Your stay will also include free use of Leisure facilities at Parklands Country Club, apartment sleeps 4 - 5 people, (an extra bed can be put in apartment to sleep 5), price quoted is based on 4 people sharing please enquire for extra people.

With the nice large rooms, this apartment will accomodate up to 6 people, children welcome - All rooms are provided with clean fresh bedlinen, there is a washing machines. I credit or debit card is required upon booking, this will cover the housekeeping and cancellation policy, we will not debit anything from the card unless you breach our cancellation or housekeeping policy. Payments are to be made in cash or cheque, payment is required in full six weeks prior to arrival or immediate payment if less than six weeks at the time of booking. Cancellation policy is that once the cottage is reserved and confirmed, if a cancellation is made the full amount will remain payable, if we re-let then we return 25 - 75% of the rate depending on notice period given for cancellation.
